Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at ATD Ghana Ltd, located in Tamale.
The Finance

Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the company’s financial health and compliance.
Key responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, managing financial risks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and enabling data-driven decision making.

The Finance

Manager will also lead strategic financial initiatives and optimize financial processes to align with the company’s growth goals.
Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and use of financial software/tools

• Knowledge of Financial Compliance, Regulatory Frameworks, and Audit requirements

• Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving abilities for interpreting data to support business decisions

• Leadership and Team Collaboration skills to effectively manage and guide finance teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the consumer goods or similar industry
