Wealth Management Advisor Opportunity in Accra, Ghana
Our client is seeking experienced Wealth Management Advisors in Accra, Ghana to support their expansion across Ghana and the wider West African region.

This is an excellent opportunity for financial advisors with an existing client base to offer international investment solutions and diversify their product portfolio beyond local markets.

Advisors will have access to a wide range of financial products, including:

• International savings plans and bonds

• Lump-sum investment solutions

• Venture capital and alternative investments

• App-based and digital investment platforms

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory

• Proven track record in financial services or investment advisory

• Existing client book is highly desirable

Certifications

• CISI Level 2 or Ghana Stock Exchange (GSIS) Certificate (required)

• Additional qualifications (CISI, CII or equivalent) preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of drive, resilience, and professionalism (“grit”)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
