About The Job

• The FTTX Manager (Projects) is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of fiber optic network projects (FTTH/FTTB/FTTC). The role ensures timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end FTTX project deployment.
• Coordinate with survey, design, and implementation teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve project issues proactively.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality execution.
• Track material usage and control project costs.
• Ensure proper documentation (as-built, reports, trackers).
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
• Ensure all requests and approvals are supported with proper trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in fiber network projects.
