We are seeking a Full Stack Mobile Developer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra, Ghana, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities include implementing front-end and back-end functionalities, debugging, improving existing systems, writing scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

Mobile Development • Develop cross-platform with Flutter or native mobile applications (iOS and Android) with Kotlin and Swift respectively.
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs with smooth user experiences
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and real-time features
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency
• Debug, test, and maintain mobile apps across devices Backend Development • Design and develop RESTful APIs with Node and Express Js
• Build scalable server-side logic and services
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) efficiently
• Handle file storage, notifications, and background jobs

DevOps & Infrastructure • Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend applications
• Monitor performance and ensure system reliability
• Manage version control and collaborate using Git workflows Collaboration • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications Mobile Development • Experience with frameworks such as:

o Flutter o Native development (Swift, Kotlin)
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Experience with state management and navigation
• Knowledge of app store deployment processes
• Knowledge of app store deployment processes (Google Play, App Store) Backend Development • Proficiency in one or more backend languages:

o Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java
• Experience with frameworks (Express, Django, Laravel, etc.)
• Strong API design and integration skills
• Experience with real-time system (WebSockets, push notifications)
• Experience with payment integrations
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)

Databases • Experience with

o SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

o NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)

DevOps & Tools • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Git and version control workflows
