Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager of Operations based in Accra.
The General

Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, implement and optimize operational strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. They will be responsible for budgeting, driving customer satisfaction, and improving overall operational efficiency while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Leading cross-functional departments and identifying opportunities for business growth will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

• Experience in General Management and Operations Management to oversee and improve daily operations.

• Strong Team Management and Customer Service skills to lead teams and ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to monitor resources and optimize costs.

• Ability to implement strategic initiatives and achieve organizational objectives efficiently.

• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in multi-service business environments or similar industries is an advantage.
