Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, managing key business relationships, and exploring growth opportunities. You will lead the formulation of partnership strategies, analyze market trends, and act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to drive mutual success through collaboration and ensure long-term business alignment.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and building Strategic Partnerships
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and support decision-making
• Experience with initiating, managing, and growing partnerships to achieve organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proficiency working in hybrid environments (in-office and remote)
• Background in financial services, payment systems, or ATM solutions is a plus
