Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Programs to lead and oversee the implementation of our initiatives in Kigali. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strategic leadership and operational management. Responsibilities include designing and executing programs, managing teams, overseeing budgets, monitoring program performance, and fostering partnerships with other organizations. Additionally, the Head of Programs will ensure that our programs meet organizational goals and deliver meaningful impacts to the refugee communities we serve.

Qualifications
• Strong program management skills, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Proven ability in leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in partnership building and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Knowledge of refugee issues, education, or social impact initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic background (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, or related fields)
