Hub Expert (Ghana)

Yango Group is looking for Hub Experts in Kumasi and Accra to support drivers on-site, deliver training, and maintain high service standards while improving overall operations.

You will be responsible for
• Providing face-to-face support at driver hubs (technical and operational issues)
• Training drivers on platform use and best practices
• Collecting feedback to improve operations and services
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring driver satisfaction through follow-ups

You might be a fit if you have
• Up to 1 year of experience or are open to starting a career in this field
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Confidence handling field work, targets, and basic reporting (Excel/Sheets)
• Fluency in English (a local language such as Twi, Ga, Ewe, or Hausa is a plus)
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
