Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Accra (and located at the Group's central Laundry)is for a Laundry Attendant. The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for providing high-quality laundry services, which includes washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothing, linens, and other items. The role also involves examining items for damage, following proper laundering procedures, maintaining equipment like washers and dryers, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Laundry and Laundry Services, including handling washing, drying, and pressing garments and linens.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with guests and address their needs.
• Experience in operating laundry equipment such as washing machines and dryers.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hotel laundry services is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry out physical tasks as required by the role.
• Extensive knowledge of laundry products and their proper handling is beneficial.
• A degree, or HND in hospitality management or related field is required.
