Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research, prepare legal documents, support client consultations, and analyze legal issues under supervision. Responsibilities also include contributing to case preparation, attending meetings, and assisting with other legal and administrative duties as needed. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.

The Opportunity

We are inviting applications for two (2) highly motivated individuals to join us as Associate Trainees / Shadow Associates.

This is a selective, hands-on opportunity for individuals who are intentional about building a long-term career in law and are ready to grow within a demanding and competitive environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, applicants should:
• Be a recently admitted Advocate or have successfully completed law school (LL.B or equivalent)
• Be at an early stage of their career with a clear interest in legal practice
• Be ready to transition from academic learning into the realities of professional practice
• Be available to commit to a structured and growth-oriented environment
