We're a South Africa-based outsourcing company placing talented professionals with US businesses. We're currently hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support an e-commerce client managing Amazon shipments across multiple locations. This role operates on US Eastern Time (EST). A reliable remote setup - including a stable internet connection, a capable computer, and a quiet working environment - is required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Creating and managing shipments to Amazon from multiple warehouse locations
• Accurate and timely data entry across logistics and inventory systems
• Placing purchase or replenishment orders as needed
• Using context and initiative to problem‑solve - this role requires genuine thinking, not just task execution
REQUIREMENTS
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon logistics and shipment creation (Seller Central / FBA)
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
• Experience with SellerCloud or similar warehouse/inventory management platforms
• Warehousing or supply chain operations background
• Reliable home office setup: fast and stable internet, a capable computer, and a professional working environment

HOURS
• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM EST
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
• Option to shift to earlier hours over time
