We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Officer to join our operations team in Lagos State.

Job Summary The Logistics Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, ensuring efficient distribution, and maintaining optimal inventory and delivery processes. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing logistics operations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics and distribution operations. Plan and manage product transportation from warehouse to customers and distributors. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

Liaise with warehouse, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage relationships with transport vendors and service providers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Handle delivery issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints related to logistics.

Optimize routes and delivery schedules to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within FMCG. Strong understanding of distribution, inventory management, and transportation processes. Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
