The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is a Christian Health and Development Organization working in partnership with the federal Ministry of Health and with the state ministries of health in 7 states (Awka Ibom, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi and the FCT- Abuja), towards the eradication of leprosy and the care/restoration of persons and communities affected by leprosy. TLMN seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Nigerian to the following positions:

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Timely preparation of import documentation and authorizations for all air and sea shipments.

Ensuring timely management of carriage for imports and exports.

Making of form, M SONCAP certificates etc

Maintenance of systems data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times.

Ensuring the integrity of import and export documentations such as final invoice, CCVO, MC packing list.

Verifications of all freight invoices.

Qualifications

General Requirement for the position:

Experience in a telecom engineering company, telecoms vendor or ICT is preferred and is of to priority.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer science or telecommunications engineering or relevant degree as applicable.

Good customer services orientation, communication skills, and good team spirit and have ability to work independently

Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.

Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint)

Applications should be open to learning new skills and technology

Self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.

Minimum of 5 years work experience in a corporate.
