MEP Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Organize, monitor, and supervise the work to be carried out on site, coordinating the human and material resources assigned to you, in coordination with the Maintenance Management team and in accordance with the requirements of the defined work plan, in order to ensure the completion of the planned activities with quality, within the established deadlines, and with optimized use of resources.

Role Requirements And Skills Profile

• 12th grade education or Vocational Technical Course in Building Electrotechnics;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of Electricity, HVAC, Structured Cabling, Compressed Air Networks, and Hydraulics;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Persistence;
• Teamwork;
• Planning and Organization;
• Availability for Mobility.
