Program Mger -Enterprise Architecture Transformation -PMP Scrum Master - Abuja

Role Purpose

Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and scrum masters across squads to

ensure integrated delivery of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Refresh and related digital

transformation programs. Provides governance, risk oversight, and cross-functional

alignment to ensure business and technology outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-squad delivery, ensuring alignment with EA roadmap and transformation priorities.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Establish delivery governance, performance dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment among business, EA, solution teams, and product owners.
• Coach PMs and Scrum Masters on delivery discipline and agile practices.
• Escalate issues and remove delivery blockers to maintain flow of value.
• Coordinate change management and readiness activities with stakeholders.
