Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids to engage qualified consultancy firms to conduct

a comprehensive Tax Health Check covering all applicable taxes for the financial years 2024

and 2025 as per the Terms of Reference that will be shared with interested bidders.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested

bidders from the 30 th March 2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to

tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of the

Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 17 th

April 2026 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan francs and payment terms. Submit a detailed

company profile, RDB registration certificate, Valid RSSB Clearance certificate, Valid RRA

Tax clearance certificate, at least three (3) proof of experience in similar services and

audited financial statements of the last 3 years.
