Regional Coordinator

📢 We’re Hiring: Regional Coordinator (Telecom Operations) Are you experienced in telecommunications operations and passionate about ensuring service excellence across regional networks? We’re looking for a Regional Coordinator to join our team and support operational performance across key regions. This role involves coordinating vendors, monitoring service performance, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met across Microwave and FTTH network operations.

Locations: Akwa Ibom | Lagos | Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Structure: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and track network issues within the region, ensuring vendors meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) including MTTR.

✔ Oversee vendor compliance with operational requirements such as preventive maintenance, service acceptance, and spares management.

✔ Provide daily monitoring and governance of vendor activities.

✔ Liaise with internal performance teams and service partners to resolve operational issues.

✔ Support smooth coordination between stakeholders to maintain service efficiency.

Requirements

🔹 Mid-level experience in telecommunications operations or related field.

🔹 Knowledge of Microwave and FTTH ODN technologies.

🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

🔹 Excellent communication and coordination skills.

🔹 Ability to manage vendors and ensure compliance with service standards. Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role, requiring:

• On-site presence at designated MTN Connect stores 3 times weekly
