• Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring work from both the Accra office and remotely.
The Relationship

Officer will focus on managing and nurturing business relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include driving customer engagement, delivering superior customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting the organization’s financial products and services. The role also requires close collaboration with team members to optimize customer outreach and satisfaction.

• Qualifications
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Sales processes to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective client and team interactions.
• Exceptional Customer Service and problem-solving skills to enhance client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
• Additional qualifications such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a strong advantage.
