We are seeking a smart, target-driven Sales and Customer Experience Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, vendors, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and propose tailored gift card solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard new vendors and corporate clients.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, rates, and terms aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor account performance, client usage trends, and transaction volumes.
• Provide clients with performance reports, insights, and recommendations to maximize engagement.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and bulk gift card requests for clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Support Team to ensure efficient resolution of partner-related issues.
• Stay informed on gift card industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
