SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join their team, based fully in-office in Bedfordview. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys both the technical development and functional administration side of Salesforce.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity
• Develop and customise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools
• Build workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance
• Maintain clear documentation and support continuous system improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
• Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with integrations and API development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Advantageous:
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I)
• Experience in a fast-paced or enterprise environment
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
