Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist (Zoho Administrator) to manage and optimize our IT systems within a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho applications and ERP systems, ensuring seamless system integration, user support, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Books, Inventory, People)

• Manage and support ERP systems for restaurant operations (inventory, sales, finance, and reporting)

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to staff across locations

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Ensure system data accuracy, security, and regular backups

• Train staff on system usage and best practices

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, with strong exposure to Zoho applications

• Proven experience working with ERP systems (preferably in hospitality or retail)

• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and basic database management

• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant tech operations is an added advantage

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
